Ruth Twynette Blackburn Raysin, 68, a resident of Shopton, Ala., passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at her home.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. from Providence Baptist Church in Georgiana, Ala.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Gray Funeral Home directing.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lester Raysin; parents Stephen and Ruth Blackburn; grandson Stephen Helms; brother Lanny Blackburn.

She is survived by three daughters Lisa Raysin of Shopton, Ala., Sherry (Tim) Renfroe of Shopton, Ala., and Patricia (Joesph) Hulgan of Troy, Ala.; seven grandchildren Jessica (D. J.)Cannon, Jamie Renfroe, Justin Helms, Bailey (Patsy Ann) Renfroe, Railyn Williams, Paisley Hulgan, Peyton Hulgan; two great-grandchildren Cooper Cannon and Madilyn Cannon; two brothers Nelson (Shirley) Blackburn and Winston (Dian) Blackburn.

Pallbearers will be David Burkett, Ariel Anderson, Michael Blackburn, Kenny Blackburn, Ryan Salter, and Andrew Salter.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home.
