Daniel Anthony “Tony” Cheatham, 66, resident of Fort Deposit, AL died at his home on Friday, January 2, 2018. The funeral service was held Monday, Feb. 5, 2018 at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Brother Bryan Salter officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial followed at Myrtlewood Cemetery in Fort Deposit, AL. Visitation was from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m.

Mr. Cheatham was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Cheatham.  He is survived by his daughters, Shannon Hartley, Sherri Salter (Bryan, and Ginger Salter (Dave); grandchildren, Stephen, Emily, and Caroline Hartley, Corey and Rachel Salter, Mary Katherine, Cole, and Vivian Salter; sister, Susan Harper (Bill) and many nieces and nephews.
