Anthony Sanders, 53, a resident of Georgiana, Ala., passed away Monday, March 13, 2017. A celebration of life service was held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2017 from Brushey Creek Baptist Church. Burial followed in church cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, Ala., directed arrangements. Survivors include wife, Tammy Sanders, Georgiana; daughter, Courtney (Andy) Beck, Greenville, Ala.; son, Trent (Haley) Sanders, Ft. Deposit, Ala.; brother, Darrell Sanders, Georgiana, Ala.; sisters, Jackie Brown, Titus, Ala., Donna Gifford, Deatsville, Ala., and Debra Jay, Honoraville, Ala.; grandchildren, Austin Beck, Jaxon Beck, Rylan Beck, Brooklyn Sanders, Easton Beck, and Braddox Beck. A gathering of family and friends was held Thursday from 1 p.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to your favorite charity.
