Butler County students earn honors

Reid State Technical College recently announced its spring semester honor students.
The school recognized students that were named to the President’s List and Dean’s List. The President’s List requires a 4.0 GPA for a minimum of 12 semester hours. The Dean’s List recognizes students with a 3.5 GPA or above but below a 4.0 for 12 semester credit hours.
The following students from Butler County were recognized: Charleetha Fields, office administration, President’s List; DeVelma E. Smith, office administration; President’s List; Latoria Womack, phlebotomy, Dean’s List; and Derrick Godwin, welding, Dean’s List. Smith and Womack were also named Most Outstanding Student.
