Mr. Muryl H. Grant, 88, a resident of Honoraville, Ala., died on Nov. 15, 2015 in Montgomery, Ala.

The funeral service will be Friday, Nov. 20, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. at Spring Creek Baptist Church, 142 Ashmore Road, Honoraville, Ala., with Rev Danny Dean officiating and Carter Rice and West Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Chapel of Carter Rice and West Funeral Home, 10 Chalet Drive, Greenville.

Mr. Grant is preceded in death by his wife, Doris Grant. He is survived by three sons, Kevin Grant of Highland Home, Ala., Kyle Grant of Three Rivers, Miss., and David Grant of Bruce, Miss.; two daughters, Denyse Ames-Fritz of Bradenton, Fla., and Dayna Scheerenberg of Bradenton, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
