Mr. Charles Edward Wesley Jr., 87, a resident of Pine Apple, Ala., died on Sept. 4, 2015.  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015 in the chapel of Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home with Minister Gilbert Pugh officiating and Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home directing.  Interment followed in Awin Church of Christ Cemetery.

Mr. Wesley is survived by his wife of 66 years, Lillian G. Wesley of Pine Apple and their four children, Craig Wesley (Wanda) of Greenville, Ala., Gail Wesley Bley (Johnny) of Greenville, Miss., Susan Wesley Smith (James) of Las Cruces, N.M., and Karla Wesley (Jeffrey Engels) of Washington, D.C.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Otis Wesley of Prattville, Ala., Max Wesley of Spanish Fort, Ala., Wilma Philen of Alabaster, Ala., Wilbur Wesley of Saraland, Ala., Roy Wesley of Kingsport, Tenn., and several nieces and nephews.
