Rosemary Kramer, granddaughter of Greenville’s Harry and Mary Dearing, signed a scholarship on April 27 to compete with Georgia Southern University’s women’s rifle team. Kramer is the Georgia High School Association 2014-15 individual riflery champion and the 2014 and 2015 JROTC Navy national champion. She is the daughter of Kevin and Whitman Kramer.
