A 25-year-old Greenville man has been arrested and charged with burglary after allegedly breaking into a local computer service store and stealing nearly $300.
Clarence McCall has been arrested and charged with burglary, third degree.
According to Capt. Justin Lovvorn, the suspect broke into Scoles Computer Services on March 28 and stole a cash box with nearly $300 in it.
“Sgt. Kenneth Hadley investigated that crime and was able to find several pieces of evidence that led to a suspect,” Lovvorn said. “After several days of trying to track down the suspect, Sgt. Hadley was able to finally locate him.”
Police were able to obtain a confession from McCall, according to Lovvorn.
McCall was booked into the Butler County Correctional Facility.
