A man was taken to Baptist South Hospital after being involved in a single-vehicle wreck Thursday night.

The incident happened at 10:26 p.m. on U.S. Hwy. 331 near the Smart Plant, according to Alabama Trooper Kevin Cook.

“The driver was the only occupant and he was transported to Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery for treatment of his injuries,” Cook said. “No additional information is available at this time.”
