A Greenville man was arrested for three counts of distribution of a controlled substance and possession of an altered firearm on Thursday.

Cecil Turner gave up peacefully at his residence on Joe Killough Road after agents with the 2nd District Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at his home, where they also found a meth lab.

Butler County Sheriff Kenny Harden said the drug task force executed an investigation prior to Turner’s arrest.

Harden said a bond amount hasn’t been set as Turner hasn’t been presented before a judge.
