The following were listed in the Crenshaw County jail log from Aug. 1-5.

 

Aug. 1

Norris Yates, held for transport until Aug. 11.

 

Aug. 2

Pamela McPherson, charged with criminal mischief third by Luverne PD and released Aug. 3.

Kevin Alexander Peagler was charged with driving while license suspended by Luverne PD and released Aug. 3.

 

Aug. 3

Kiyana Shuntae Cole was charged with assault second by CCSO and released Aug. 3.

David Lamar Henagan’s $2,500 bond was revoked by CCSO. He was released Aug. 20.

Nathan Dewayne Lee was charged with resisting arrest and domestic violence by CCSO. He was released Aug. 11.

 

Aug. 4

Leman Mark Summerlin was charged with burglary third, receiving stolen property second and theft of property second. He was released on a $1,500 bond Sept. 5.

 

Aug. 5

Robert Jermaine Collins was sentenced from court

Darius Anton Ford was charged with criminal trespass third by CCSO and released Aug. 6.

Leanne Franklin was charged with speeding, failure to appear for driving while license suspended and failure to appear for speeding less than 25 mph by LPD and released on a $698 bond Aug. 6

Mickey Paul Garner’s bond was revoked by CCSO. He was released Aug. 16.

Conrad Rhodes III was charged with three counts of driving with a suspended license and held on $1,209 bond.
