Greater St. Matthew AME Church in Brantley celebrated its youth day on Aug. 10. The theme for the event was “Dare to Prepare your Heart.” The program was a huge success. “The Youth and Young Adult Choir was awesome,” said Pastor Willie White, Jr. “Sis. Katonya Kyles and her music team were marvelous. God used the choir in a very powerful way. Sis. Portia Pitts, our YPD director, prayed and planned this extraordinary event. We say thanks to Minister Dallas Luckett for his powerful message. We say thanks to all our members and friends for this fantastic celebration.”
