Camellia City residents looking to pump a little iron will no longer have to rush to the gym after work and set their alarm clocks for the wee hours of the morning.
That’s because Trinity Fitness has opened a new gym in Greenville.
The gym, which is located in the firmer David’s Catfish building, is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“We have another Trinity Fitness in Troy and we realized that Greenville didn’t have a 24/7 gym, so we opened this one so people in Greenville can work out whenever they want to,” said owner Vicki Philips.
The gym contains new equipment, including free weights, a separate cardio room with treadmills and elliptical machines, cable television, satellite radio, and video monitoring and recording for safety.
The gym will also offers personal training,
Trinity Fitness also offers fitness classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Non-members have a fee of $5 to participate in classes.
“We have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that shows every member how to use the equipment,” said Philips. “We also hope to expand into a tanning sometime in the near future.”
Phillips said active duty military, police, and firefighters are offered discounts.
