Memorial services for Mr. King Zell Bedgood Jr., (Sonny Boy) will be held on Saturday, June 21, at 2 p.m. from St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Dennis McCants will officiate. Hudson Funeral Services will direct the arrangements. King Zell was born on July 15, 1944, to the late King Zell Sr., and Hattie Bedgood Green, and departed this life on June 16. Murray, Gene Bedgood and Roosevelt Bedgood; and grandson, Lewis Johnson. He leaves to cherish his memory six children, Terry D. (Faye) Smith, Catherine Albrittion, his devoted caregivers Betty (William Lewis Bone) Seawright, Annie Gaines, Katie Sims, Emma Jean Marshall; four

grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; four sisters, Sara Grey, Dorothy Smith, Edna Allen, Carolyn Bedgood; two brothers, Tommy Bedgood, Bobby Bedgood; two sister-in-laws, Pearline Murray and Barbara Bedgood. A host of nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Special friend Jack Durrant, Juanita and Altamesa Hall, an adopted granddaughter, Quindajah Carter.
