Ten students will take to the stage Friday to perform monologues, duets and musical selections.
The Greenville High School and Greenville Middle School drama departments are holding the revue at the GHS auditorium.
“The students will perform self-selected dramatic works including monologues and songs from professional theater productions,” said Greenville High School drama teacher Naomi Pryor.
“Due to financial difficulties, we were not able to put on a musical this year. We still wanted to give the very talented drama students a chance to perform for their community.”
GHS Graduate Preston Thomas will serve as the emcee.
The event will also serve as a fundraiser for the schools’ drama departments, as well as help prepare the students for future drama competitions.
Admission is $5 and tickets can be purchased at the door.
The show will begin at 7 p.m.
