Mr. Claude Bowen Conn, Jr. announces the engagement of his daughter, Victoria (Vicky) Eloise to Marc David Frolich, son of Dr. David and Terri Frolich of Macon, Ga., and grandson of the late Samuel and Pearl Kahn of Cincinnati, Ohio, and the late Harry and Leah Frolich of Cincinnati, Ohio.

The bride elect is the daughter of the late Diana Morgan Conn of Knoxville, Tenn., and granddaughter of the late Claude Bowen, Sr. and Louise Griffin Conn of Greenville, Ala., and the late James and Eloise Morgan of Opelika, Ala.

She is a graduate of North Springs High School in Atlanta.

She graduated from Auburn University with an B.A. in psychology and history and was affiliated with Delta Delta Delta social sorority.

She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with an M.A. in clinical psychology.

She is currently employed as a Senior Marketing Representative with C N A Surety.

The groom elect is a graduate of Stratford Academy in Macon, Ga.

He graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in accounting and was affiliated with Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity.

He is currently employed as a CPA in the Georgia Power Financial Accounting and Reporting Department.
