DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 13
MILES NORTHEAST OF ANDALUSIA…OR NEAR DOZIER…AND MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
