Virginia Lee Matthes, a Forest Home resident, has made the President’s List at Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU). Each semester, the SAGU Office of the Registrar recognizes students for exemplary academic achievement. The list includes students enrolled in a minimum of 12 hours with a 4.00 grade point average.

Southwestern Assemblies of God University is a private Christian university in Waxahachie, Texas. It was established in 1927, and now offers more than 60 associate, bachelor’s or master’s degrees on campus or online.
