Flash flood watch issued for Crenshaw County

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for Crenshaw County, which will be in effect from Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.
There will be an increasing chance for thunderstorms Tuesday night into Wednesday with some areas possibly seeing several strong thunderstorms pass over.
Rainfall totals late Tuesday into Wednesday night will average two to three inches with some localities seeing five to seven inches of rain.
A flash flood watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. A flash flood is a very dangerous situation.
