Mrs. Eddie Voy Branum, age 97, a resident of Greenville, died on Monday, February 28, 2011.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Rev. John Howard Kervin officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.  Burial will follow in Ebenezer East Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home.

Mrs. Branum was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Luther D. Branum and her sons, John Gwin Branum and Marx Hilliary Branum.  She is survived by her daughter, Dell B. (Allen) Parnell of Mobile, AL, and son, Eddie D. (Virginia) Branum of Greenville, twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
