Emmanuel Johnson, known as “E-Man” to most, will be representing McKenzie at the Alabama-Mississippi Classic today.

The game is played between the Alabama and Mississippi All-Star teams and will be played at Mobiles Ladd-Peebles Stadium today at 1 p.m.

While the team pulled together quarterbacks, running backs and other specific position players, Johnson was drafted to the team as “athlete,” according to the AHSAA website.

The squad is comprised of at least one player from each district and one player from each classification under AHSADCA selection guidelines. Alabama has won 10 of the last 12 games. Alabama holds a 16-7 edge in the annual series, which began in 1988.
