Tyler Millo scored 14 points and Hunter Armstrong collected eight rebounds for Fort Dale which downed Sparta Academy 43-34 on Friday night in Evergreen.
“It was a solid effort by our boys,” said head coach Reggie Mantooth. “We led the entire game and played a good defensive ball game.”

Sparta 46, Fort Dale 38
Jessie Langford scored 13 points while Murphy Middleton added 12 points to lead the FDA Lady Eagles in a loss to Sparta Academy Friday, 46-38.
“Our girls led at halftime, but we were not able to finish the game strong,” said Mantooth. “We play well in certain areas but we have to learn how to finish games and play winning basketball.”
