Mrs. Anne Laure Harper, age 92, a resident of Camden passed away at her home August 5, 2010.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Jim Perry officiating. Burial will follow in River Ridge Cemetery in Franklin, AL at 11:00 a.m. with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 9:00 until service time.

Mrs. Harper is preceded in death by her husbands, Arthur Leslie Johnson, Sr. and Col Armistead Robison Harper. Survivors include daughter, Anne Laure Smith (Joseph) of Kingsport, TN; sons, Arthur Leslie Johnson , Jr. (Joanna) of Camden, AL and William Sigler Johnson (Cheryl) of Greenville, AL; step-daughters, Pat Booker (Robert) of Monroeville, AL, Molly Upton (Luther) of Evergreen, AL, and Betsy Kranz (Mark) of Fairhope, Al; six grandchildren, Ivey Wade (Dr. Brian Wade), Al Johnson (Lyndsey), Bess Thornley (Scott), Ellen Johnson, Laure Smith (Dr. Andy Smith); four great-grandchildren, Thomas Wade, Anna Wade, Les Johnson, Rose Johnson and nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Harper achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alabama College for Women and was church organist at First Presbyterian Church in Camden, Alabama for approximately 35 years.
