Ellis Coleman Cates, 80, a resident of Hope Hull, died Saturday, February 06, 2010 at his residence.  Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Antioch East Baptist Church with Minister Johnny Hobbie officiating.  Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.  Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Mary Nell Cates of Hope Hull; daughter:  Mary Ann Pascal (Rick) of Montgomery,  son:  Jack Cates (Sharon) of Hope Hull; four grandchildren:  Angie Cieutat, Jackie Marts, Adam Cates and Ivy Calhoun, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Panama Missions, Davenport Church of Christ or Hospice of Montgomery.
