Mary Price Pitts, age 94, a resident of Greenville, died Sunday, December 20,2009.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009 at 9 a.m. from the Chapel with Reverend Randall Harvill officiating. Interment followed at 11 a.m. in Greenwood Cemetery of Montgomery with Harrison Funeral Home directing.
A visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Flowers will be accepted or in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Salvation Army or Pine Needle Place of Greenville, 600 Glendale Ave., AL 36037.
Survivors include: daughters : Molly Pitts ( David ) Royse , Knoxville, Tenn., Jane Pitts ( Jimmy ) Pierce , Greenville, Ala.; five grandchildren:
Will Pierce , Sarah Pierce and Richard Blake Pierce, Laura Jane Royse and Paul Royse; sister : Nancy Feland , Little Rock , Ark, and sister-in-law, Marjorie Price , Shelbyville , Ky.
