Margarete “Ruth” Dean Burkett, 78, a resident of Clewiston, Fla., died Saturday, June 27, 2009. Funeral services were Friday, July 3, 2009 from Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Rev. Russell Dean officiating.
Burial in church cemetery followed with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing.
Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Pat and Glen Angel and Pam and Jeff Davis, all of Clewiston; sons and Daughters-in-alw, Mike Burkett of Belle Glade, Fla. And Mark and Gay Burkett of Georgiana; grandchildren, Tracey Knowles, Marcy Beuno, Joshua Matthew Burkett, Richard Dean Levy Burkett, Corey Robertson, Dakodah Samuel Davis, Morgan Ruth Burkett and Liam Davis; great-grandchildren, Chelsie Underwood, Julian Bueno and Eva Isabella Bueno.
