March 1

n Bobby Joe Connell, 37, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - driving while revoked and failure to appear - operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

n Demetrius Currine Carter, 31, was arrested and charged failure to appear - driving while suspended, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

March 3

n Derrick Dewayne Presley, 27, was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear - driving while suspended, and failure to appear - speeding.

n Alfonzo Derrell Thompson, 28, was arrested and charged failure to appear - speeding and three counts of failure to appear - driving while suspended.

n Marlon Keith Lett, 29, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, 2nd degree.

n Matt Hall, Jr., 63, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - driving while suspended.

n Robert Johnson, 26, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - no seat belt and no driver's license.

n Shane Fulton, 41, was arrested and charged with domestic violence - assault.

n Antonio Bernard Betton, 23, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - speeding, two counts of failure to appear - no insurance, and failure to appear - no seat belt.

n Eric Ramon Crenshaw, 26, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

n A report was filed on Pineapple Highway for leaving the scene of an accident. One gas pump received $500 damage.

n A report was filed on School Highland Rd. for criminal mischief. The paint job of a Chevrolet Malibu received $500 damage.

n A report was filed on N. Perry St. for domestic violence - assault.

n A report was filed on Industrial Parkway for harassing communications.

n A report was filed at Susanna Ridge Apts. for domestic violence - harassment.

n A report was filed at the Wal-Mart parking lot for harassment and criminal mischief. The driver side mirror of an automobile received $50 damage.

March 10

n A report was filed on Woodhaven Rd. for burglary. One Panasonic radio worth $50, one Peoples Bank card worth $1 and one Alabama identification card worth $20 were reported stolen.

n A report was filed on Manningham Rd. for criminal mischief. One mailbox and post received $180.

n A report was filed at the Hampton Inn for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.

n A report was filed on S. Park St. for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.

n A report was filed on S. Park St. for recovery of property. One car seat worth $50 and one green wallet worth $15 were reported recovered.

n A report was filed at Fred's Department Store for theft of property. A carton of Newport cigarettes worth $32.69 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed at Beeland Park for assault.

n A report was filed on Beeland St. for harassment.

n A report was filed on Willow Lane for theft of property. 22.32 gallons of unleaded gasoline worth $54.67 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed at Comfort Inn for receiving stolen property and recovery of a stolen motor vehicle.
