October 31
n Bridget Michelle Mitchell, 28, was arrested and charged with third-degree domestic violence.
n Kervin Dewayne Mitchell, 24, was arrested for third-degree domestic violence and driving under the influence.
The following reports were filed through the Butler County Sheriff's Office from October 31 to November 5:
October 31
n A report was filed on Brushy Creek Road in Georgiana for third-degree domestic violence. A drunken man with a shotgun in his car was arrested at his residence.
n A report was filed on Kolb City Road in Greenville for third-degree criminal mischief and fishing without a license. Two men were trespassing on private property and damaged a gate getting in.
n A report was filed on Shadow Lane in Greenville for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Some unknown person broke into a residence through an air conditioning unit and stole a .38 caliber Smith and Wesson revolver and $100 in change.
November 1
n A report was filed on Halso Mill Road in Greenville for second-degree theft. A pair of Kawasaki wheels and rims were stolen, valued at $800.
n A report was filed on Union Drive in Honoraville for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. A pump shotgun, a skill saw, a space heater, $500, a cordless phone and a microwave, a totaling $600.
November 2
n A report was filed on Highway 31 North in Greenville for third-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.
n A report was filed on Pineapple Hwy. in Greenville for third-degree theft. Someone broke into a residence and stole a black purse and $160.
n A report was filed on Atkins Road in Greenville for third-degree burglary and third-degree theft. Ten bicycles, valued at $1,200 total, were stolen from a residential barn.
November 5
n A report was filed on N. Conecuh Street in Greenville for third-degree domestic violence assault and third-degree criminal mischief. Several unknown men came to the door of a residence, began and disturbance and then stormed the house.
n A report was filed at Butler Estates in Greenville for second-degree assault. A woman hit someone with her car and then attempted to strike another person.
n A report was filed on Forest Home Road in Greenville for third-degree harassment. Someone drove into a residential yard and began cursing at the occupant and then drove off, leaving marks in the yard.
n A report was filed on New Searcy Road in Greenville for discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling. A drive-by shooting occurred.
