The following arrests were made by the Butler County Sheriff#039;s Office on Dec. 12 through Dec. 23.

Dec. 12
n Milton Eugene Girlie, 31, was arrested for assault, second degree.
n Samuel Ray Schofield, 27, was arrested for promoting prison contraband, third degree, and for felony investigation (forgery).
Dec. 13
n Lecondino Lopes Peres, 19 was arrested for reckless endangerment.
Dec. 17
n Stacie Brooks Nix, 40, was arrested for obstruction of government operations.
Dec. 22
n Demario Cortez Bailey, 22, was arrested for criminal mischief, third degree.
Dec. 23
n Frederick Ladon Crenshaw, 31, was arrested for possession of marijuana, second degree, and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following complaints were filed at the Bulter County Sheriff's Office on Dec. 12 through Dec. 26.
Dec. 12
n A report was filed for a lost cell phone along Davenport Road.
Dec. 13
n A complaint was filed for reckless endangerment on I-65 at mile marker 137.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Sandcut Road. Items taken included one satellite dish, valued at $100, and one push mower, valued at $50.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property and for criminal mischief on Montgomery Highway. One hot water heater, valued at $300, was taken. One air conditioner unit received $2,000 in damages, and several walls and wall plugs received $2,000 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Nashville Road. Items taken included one GE stove, valued at $450, one GE refrigerator, valued at $550, and one GE dishwasher, valued at $350.
Dec. 16
n A complaint was filed for burglary, first degree, and for theft of property, first degree, on Highway 106 West in Georgiana. Items taken included one Remington rifle, valued at $400, one 12-gauge shotgun, valued at $500, one .410 pump shotgun, valued at $350, one Browning rifle with scopes, valued at $800, and one Remington rifle, valued at $450.

n A complaint was filed for obstruction of government operations on Owens Road.
Dec. 19
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, second degree, on Aztec Road. One 2002 Chevy van received $1,500 in damages.
Dec. 20
n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, and for theft of property, first degree, on South Mount Zion Road. Items taken included one diamond Bulova watch, valued at $2,800, one diamond tie pin, valued at $400, one Swiss army knife, valued at $97, and one black watch, valued at $80.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, on Mobile Road in Georgiana. One Honda four-wheeler, valued at $4,500, was taken.

n A miscellaneous report was filed on Simpson Road.
Dec. 22
n A complaint was filed for criminal trespassing and for menacing on Shows Road in Georgiana.
n A complaint was filed for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Oak Street.

n A complaint was filed for a vehicle recovery on Oak Street.
n A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, second degree, and for possession of drug paraphernalia on Oak Street.
Dec. 26
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ harassment, third degree, on Doctor Hall Road in Georgiana.
