Till, Adams, Beck sweep features

Jim Till and Randy Adams extended their lead in the points race in their respective categories when the races resumed after a lengthy postponement due to inclement weather at the Butler County Motorsports Park.

Till swept both feature races on Saturday in the Late Model division for a 29-point lead over Curt Ryals.

Adams also swept the feature in the Super Hobbie division to almost triple his lead in the points race.

Brandon Register finished second in the first feature race

of the Late Model division followed by Ryals. Jack Daughtry took second in the second feature race followed by Register, who is now third in the points race.

Rusty Salter finished second in the first feature race of the Super Hobbie division followed by Charles Davis. Davis and Salter swapped positions in the second race with Davis taking second and Salter third.

Johnny Beck swept the feature races in the Hogg front-wheel drive division to draw closer to points leader Carey Stallworth. Beck now tails Stallworth by 16 points in the division.

Tiffany Simmons finished second in the first feature race followed by Justin Smith. Smith also took second in the second feature followed by Stallworth.

Dewey Boggan captured the feature win in the first race in the Street Stock novice division. He held off Brian Scurlock and Tim McDonald. Lucas Mosley won the second feature race of the same division and was followed by Will Henderson and Scurlock.

Wayne Cawley is still atop the points race in the Pure Hogg rear-wheel drive division after winning the first feature race. Chase Free finished second in the first feature followed by Ben Callen.

Bill Brown won the second feature in the division followed by Ashley Johnson and Cal Cook.

Todd Adams, driver of the No. 99 car in the Super Hobby division , is the driver of the week.
