The following complaints were filed at the Butler County Sheriff#039;s Office during the period from May 29to June 5:

May 29
n A complaint was made for an assault at the county jail when one inmate began hitting and kicking another inmate.

A complaint was made for a burglary and criminal mischief on Wagon Wheel Road.
Items taken included a television, camcorder, VCR, APEX DVD player, 27 assorted DVDs, all valued at $1,350 and the burglar did $500 in damage to a glass door.
May 31
n Complaint was filed on an abandoned vehicle left at the southbound rest area on Interstate 65.
The vehicle was blocking the road.
June 1

Complaint was filed for a dog bite on Gibson Road.
n Complaint was filed on Davenport Road when a suspect wanted by the BCSO was seen with a crack pipe. He tried to discard of it, but deputies recovered it.
June 2
n Complaint was filed for possession of marijuana on Halso Mill Road when deputies found a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance.
n Complaint was made on Manningham Road after deputies stopped a woman for not having on her seatbelt.
When he questioned her, he was asked if she had any drugs in the car and when he searched he found a partially smoked marijuana blunt.
June 3
n Complaint was made for disorderly conduct on Samson Road and also for resisting the arrest after a deputy responded to a call about a fight.
He found the subject intoxicated.

Complaint was made for a dog bite on West Highway 106.
n Complaint was made on Manningham Road when deputies found crack cocaine, revolver in a car that authorities were seeking for alleged drunk driving.
n
Complaint was made on Mobile Road when deputies responded to a criminal trespass report and also for criminal mischief.
$400 in damage was done to the door.
June 4

Complaint was made for a report for cruelty to animals on Pinchurst Drive.

Complaint was made for a report for harassment on Blue Bird Drive.

Complaint was made on Mount Zion Road for theft of property after someone stole two two sets valued at $250.
n Complaint was made an assault complaint on New Searcy Road.
June 6
n Complaint was made on Highway 106 East for lost property.

n Clarence McMeans, 27, was arrested for failure to appear for DUI.
n Lewis Roger Griffin, 43, was arrested for possessing drug parenphanalia.
June 2
n Isaac F. Pettiway, 47, was arrested for possession of marijuana second.
n Christopher Dale Duett, 29, was arrested for failure to appear for diving with a revoked license.
n Frankie M. Springer, 31, was arrested for possession of marijuana.
June 3
n Terry Lane Smith, 31, was arrested for FTA for driving with revoked license.
n Coleman V. Peagler, 33, was arrested for FTA for assault third.
n Joe Lee Scott, 45, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
n Keith Holder, 45, was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, pistol without a permit, and possession of drug parenphanalia.
June 5
n Keith Holder, 45, was arrested for promoting prison contraband.
n Michael McCann, 40, was arrested for promoting prison contraband.
