I say legalize gambling, bingo, or what ever you want to call it. Lets move on to more important business of providing jobs, reducing taxes and having a form of state government that is morally sound and free of pork in the legislature. Speaking of pork, Butler doesn't seem to be getting its bacon is it Mr. Mitchell, except of course for the occasional few thousand dollar grant to the local civic organization.

If the people of Alabama are 'hell bent' on having gambling legalized then it should be legal not in just a few locations but in every one of the 67 counties and every town. It is unfair for 'certain locations' to reap the 'rewards' at the expense of others.

The most fair would be a lottery by the State. Delete all
other gambling.

I agree with BF2C1. If it's going to be legal, don't put stipulations on it. Let everyone have an opportunity to open a "bingo" hall, not just a few.
